Le massage sportif est une technique manuelle de récupération.
Il atténue le « stress » musculaire de l’effort et réduit l’apparition des douleurs retardées appelées courbatures. Le massage agit comme cicatrisant des
micros-lésions des fibres musculaires lésées, en augmentant la vasodilatation cutanée et en facilitant les circulations veineuses et lymphatiques.
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
Il s’agit d’une pratique fondée sur l’idée que chaque zone du pied correspond à un organe, une glande ou une partie spécifique du corps. En stimulant ces points par des pressions précises, elle favorise l’autorégulation de l’organisme, peut activer le système nerveux, améliorer la circulation sanguine et lymphatique, réduire le stress, et soulager certaines douleurs. Elle est reconnue comme une approche complémentaire pour promouvoir le bien-être global.
MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
It is a gentle manual therapy technique designed to stimulate lymph circulation while strengthening the immune system. It is performed with the fingers and palms of the hands over the entire body, following the direction of the lymphatic circulation and varying the pressure.
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping massage is a technique based on the principle of activating local circulation. This therapy promotes tissue decongestion. It creates negative pressure (suction) that lifts the tissues and has a positive impact on the muscles.
